As a long time Condo Board member, primarily at smaller, self-managed Associations, Todd has long perceived the need for a service that could connect Board Members to reputable, low cost, service providers. Failing to find one that was satisfactory, “The Condo Connector” was born.
A Corporate Finance Executive by trade, Todd spent the first 27 years of his career with large organizations such as General Electric, Perkin-Elmer, and Alcoa. During this time, Todd became an expert at analyzing businesses with a focus on reducing costs to increase productivity. Todd retired full time at the end of 2012.
Upon retirement, Todd directed his energy to cutting costs at his own Association and then ventured out as an Independent Sales Agent educating other Condo Board Members, Property Managers, and property owners of all stripes on how to cut costs.
